1. The administrator of your personal data is JAN NIERDZEWNY PANYŁO SPÓŁKA KOMANDYTOWA with its registered office in Dębica, </span >street Rzeszowska 139, 39-200 Dębica.

2. Your personal data will be processed in order to properly respond to the inquiry and for purposes related to the implementation of the Agreement and to take the necessary actions before concluding the Agreement.

The legal basis for the processing of your data is art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Journal of Laws of the EU. L. of 2016, No. 119, p. 1) - hereinafter referred to as GDPR.

4. You have the right to access your personal data, correct them, request their removal or raise objections due to your particular situation. You also have the right to request us to limit the processing of your data, as well as to transfer them.

5. If you decide that your personal data will be processed contrary to the legal requirements, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

6. Providing your data is voluntary.

7. Your data will not be stored longer than necessary, i.e. until the end of correspondence related to the inquiry, and in the case of concluding a contract for the entire period during which the contract will be performed, and later, i.e. until the expiry of the limitation period for any claims arising from the contract and in connection with with the implementation of the 5-year archiving obligation.

8. Your personal data will be transferred to the following categories of recipients: IT company, e-mail provider, accounting office.

9. The administrator does not intend to transfer your data to a third country or to international organizations.
